Jim Booth Swim School takes pride in teaching children the fundamental basics of swimming so they develop a lifelong passion and appreciation of the sport.  Our classes are skill-based and each level builds upon techniques they're already proficient at.

Classes for children are taught on a 4:1 student to teacher ratio to ensure small class sizes.

Recommended ages: 2-12 years old.

Sea Otters

This class, for the beginning 2-4 year old, introduces the beginning skills that are the building blocks of swimming; this leads to comfort and confidence in floating.

Seahorse

Can float on their front and back, develop arm stroke and the ability to swim a short distance.

Seals

Perfect their arm stroke, work on side breathing, backstroke, and strength; builds confidence in preparation for the lap pool.

Swordfish

Continue to work on all strokes and lap swimming. Prepares children for Dolphins Pre-Competitive Swim Team

Class is designed to introduce young ones to a "water environment" and allows individual improvements such as submerging underwater and eventual underwater breath control.
